基于毕业生数据分析的河北高职院校服务能力提升机制创新研究与实践

随着我国进入新的发展阶段,对技能人才的需求更紧迫,职业教育的作用更明显。而"职教20条"和"双高计划"的全新定位,意味着高职院校要承担振兴社区教育、服务终身教育的任务,本课题主要研究内容包括两大部分,第一部分主要以本校毕业生就业数据为主,其它高职院校就业数据以及河北省招聘会数据为辅进行分析,分析出河北省高职院校的抽样就业数据。第二部分以高职院校服务能力提升机制为研究方向,分析怎样推动河北高职教育的服务能力提升与发展,提高服务民生的能力和水平。

With China entering a new stage of development,the demand for skilled personnel is more urgent,and the role of vocational education is more obvious.The main research content of this topic includes two parts.The first part mainly analyzes the employment data of graduates of our school,supplemented by the employment data of other vocational colleges and the data of Hebei recruitment fair。Then analyzes the high school of Hebei Province Sample employment data of Vocational Colleges and universities to study practical problems in employment.The second part focuses on the service ability promotion mechanism of higher vocational colleges,and analyzes how to promote the service ability promotion and development of Hebei higher vocational education,and improve the ability and level of serving people’s livelihood.
