摘要
研究我国幼儿师范高等专科学校(简称幼专学校)体育教育专业人才培养目标,对专科层次体育教育专业人才培养意义重大,通过调查研究发现,我国幼专学校体育教育专业人才培养目标存在专业定位不准确,与社会需求不匹配;教育理念内涵理解不透,描述不全面;专业能力不完善,忽略学生评价反思、发展能力的培养等问题,针对问题简要提出改进意见,旨在对专科层次体育教育专业人才培养改革有所帮助。
To study the preschool teachers in China(hereinafter referred to as special young school) sports education professional personnel training objectives,sports education professional personnel training is of great significance in junior level,through the investigation and study found that young designed school sports education professional personnel training objectives in our country there are professional positioning is not accurate,and the social demand does not match;The connotation of educational concept is not well understood and its description is not comprehensive.Professional ability is not perfect,ignoring the problems of students’evaluation reflection,development ability training,and so on,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the problems,in order to help the reform of the training of physical education professionals at the junior college level.
