利用服务加强档案普法教育的方法探析

加强档案普法教育是我国践行"依法治国"基本方略的关键一环。在我国的档案法制体系中,档案普法教育与档案行政执法是两个极为重要的方面。步入现代以来,中央及各级地方档案管理部门,均将广泛开展持久的、深入的普法教育活动作为主要的实践内容之一,并经过长期实践探索出一系列行之有效的方法。通过实践证明,利用服务加强档案普法教育是一种高效的方法,本文将对此进行探讨。

To strengthen the education of archives law popularization is the key to the implementation of the basic strategy of "governing the country by law".In the archives legal system of our country,the education of archives law popularization and the administrative enforcement of archives are two very important aspects.Since entering the modern era,the central and local archives management departments at all levels have taken extensive and in-depth legal education activities as one of the main practical contents,and explored a series of effective methods through long-term practice.Through practice,it has been proved that it is an efficient method to strengthen the education of archives law popularization by using service,which will be discussed in this paper.
