摘要
酒店专业学生学习时酒店人力资源管理课程作为核心课程,课程具有极强的实践性与应用性,也对师生提出更高的要求。尤其是近些年酒店行业迅速发展,为了适应市场对人才的需求,酒店人力资源管理课程要进行改革,加强对应用型人才的培养和教育。本文根据高职酒店人力资源管理课程教学现状,对开展课程改革所需措施进行分析。
Hotel human resource management course is the core course for students majoring in hotel.The course has strong practicality and application,and also puts forward higher requirements for teachers and students.Especially in recent years,the hotel industry has developed rapidly.In order to meet the market demand for talents,the hotel human resource management curriculum should be reformed to strengthen the cultivation and education of applied talents.According to the teaching status of hotel human resource management course in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the necessary measures for curriculum reform.
