摘要
中职学校的学生,学科基础差异较大,目前的分层次教学则流于形式,而传统教学模式效果不理想,"让每一个学生成为有用之材"成为一句空话。本文分析了分层次教学的理论和现实意义,剖析了制约分层教学的深层次原因,提出了构架智能化多媒体信息化网络教学管理评价平台,科学设置分层次的形式,开展真正意义创新有效的分层次教学模式,提出在分层次中转换师生教与学的角色地位,充分发挥信息化平台的多媒体情景网络功能,使学生成为课堂的主人,真正提高课堂学习效果。
The students in secondary vocational schools are quite different in subject foundation,and the current teaching at different levels is just a form,while the traditional teaching mode is not ideal,"let every student become useful"has become an empty word.This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the hierarchical teaching,analyzes the deep-seated reasons that restrict the hierarchical teaching,puts forward the construction of the intelligent multimedia information network teaching management evaluation platform,and scientifically sets up the hierarchical form,to develop a truly innovative and effective multi-level teaching model,put forward to change the role and status of teaching and learning of teachers and students in multi-level teaching and learning,give full play to the multi-media network function of the information platform,and make students become the masters of the classroom,really improve the classroom learning effect.
