摘要
本研究旨在探究萨提亚模式对改善高职院校学生人际关系的有效性。采用实验组-对照组前测后测设计,使用《大学生人际关系综合量表》和《人际回避和苦恼量表(SAD)》测试在校大学生。对被试随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各30人。实验组采用萨提亚模式下的团体辅导进行干预;对照组不做任何干预。干预后再次比较实验组和对照组在干预前后的量表分数差异。实验组在人际关系量表总分和各维度得分上差异显著,对照组的得分差异不显著。结论:萨提亚模式有利于激发大学生探索内在潜力,缓解人际焦虑的情绪和人际回避的行为,改善人际关系,提高心理健康水平。
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of satya model in improving students’interpersonal relationship in higher vocational colleges.Using the experimental group-control group before and after the test design,the use of"college students interpersonal relationship comprehensive scale"and"interpersonal avoidance and distress scale(SAD)"test college students.The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 people in each group.The experimental group was interacted with group counseling under satya model.The control group did not do any intervention.After the intervention,the scale scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared again before and after the intervention.In the experimental group,there was a significant difference in the total score of interpersonal relationship scale and the scores of each dimension,but there was no significant difference in the scores of the control group.Conclusion:satya model is beneficial to stimulate college students to explore their inner potential,relieve interpersonal anxiety and interpersonal avoidance behavior,improve interpersonal relationship and improve mental health.
