教育信息化背景下高职院校公共英语教师专业发展探究——以潍坊地区高职院校为例

教育信息技术的迅猛发展为高职教育改革带来了新的机遇,同时也为高职院校的教师带去了诸多压力和挑战。本文结合教育信息化的相关政策和研究,通过对潍坊地区多所高职院校公共英语教师进行问卷调查和深入访谈,分析在教育信息化的背景下,高职公共英语教师专业发展现状和存在的问题,探索在新的教育背景下能提升教师专业发展的有效策略。

The development of educational information technology has brought not only new opportunities for higher vocational education reform,but also many pressures and challenges to teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview conducted on English teachers in higher vocational colleges in Weifang,the paper mainly analyzes some practical problems in the professional development process of English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and explores effective strategies to improve the professional development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges under the new educational background.
