基于职业能力分析的安全技术与管理专业课程体系构建

为了培养符合企业需求的安全专业人才,针对安全技术与管理专业的课程体系构建进行研究。通过邀请不同行业、领域和专业岗位的企业精英、一线工作安全员进行岗位职业能力分析,找出安全技术与管理专业的核心岗位和岗位能力关键点,其中核心岗位为企业安全管理员岗位、安全服务机构项目研究员与基层安全监督员,而危险危害因素辨识、安全隐患整改、应急救援与事故处理、职业健康管理、安全管理制度编制与落实、安全培训与教育、安全评价等为主要岗位职业能力。结果表明:以核心岗位的职业能力为出发点,对安全技术与管理专业课程体系进行重构,培养学生的职业岗位能力和综合素养,让安全技术与管理专业学生成为具备一定创新创业能力和较强实践能力的高素质技术技能人才。

To study the construction of the curriculum system of safety technology and management,enterprise elites and front-line work safety personnel from different industries,fields and professional positions were invited to analyze the post occupational ability and find out the key points of the core positions and post capabilities of safety technology and management.The core positions include enterprise security administrator positions,security service agency project researchers and grassroots security supervisors.The main job abilities include identification of hazard factors,rectification of safety hazards,emergency rescue and accident handling,occupational health management,safety management system preparation and implementation,safety training and education,and safety evaluation.The results show that:taking the professional competence of the core post as the starting point,the curriculum system of safety technology and management is reconstructed,and the professional post ability and comprehensive quality of the students are cultivated,so that the students major in safety technology and management become high-quality technical skills talents with practical ability and innovation in entrepreneurship.
