摘要
智慧旅游的发展推动着旅行社企业不断转型升级,对创新型、复合型、跨界型的智慧旅游人才需求日益突出。当前,绝大多数高职院校对于旅游人才的培养采用中高职3+3对口升学衔接模式,但中高职旅游管理专业客观上存在人才培养层次不清晰、课程设置不科学、教学内容重复、实践实训技能训练项目任务相似等问题,导致中高职人才培养衔而不接,人才培养质量不高。课题组在对旅游企业、旅游管理专业学生的调查基础上,分析了旅行社智慧旅游人才的新需求,并对3+3中高职有效衔接培养旅游人才的措施进行了探讨。
The development of smart tourism promotes the continuous transformation and upgrading of travel agency enterprises,and the demand for innovative,compound and cross-border smart tourism talents is increasingly prominent.At present,most of the adopted for tourism talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges of higher vocational 3+3 counterpart entrance connecting mode,but in the higher vocational tourism management talents training level objectively is not clear,not science courses,the teaching content repetition,practice,practice skills training project tasks similar problems,lead to higher vocational talents training in the title not next,talent training quality is not high.Based on the investigation of tourism enterprises and students majoring in tourism management,the research group analyzes the new demand of smart tourism talents of travel agencies,and probes into the measures of effective connection and cultivation of tourism talents in 3+3 middle and higher vocational colleges.
