高职院校电子商务人才“双元”培育模式研究

随着社会经济的快速发展和国际融合的不断加深,尤其在互联网+背景下,我国电子商务蓬勃发展,高职院校电子商务人才的培养也进入了一个新的环境。对此本文就现行电子商务人才培育模式的漏洞进行分析,并对新型的双元培育模式进行要点探究,以期能够使电子商务的人才培育模式得到改进。

with the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of international integration,especially in the context of the Internet+,China’s e-commerce is booming,the training of e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges has entered a new environment.This paper analyzes the loopholes of the current e-commerce talent cultivation mode,and explores the key points of the new dual cultivation mode,so as to improve the e-commerce talent cultivation mode.
