摘要
化工行业急需大量具有精湛技能的化工人才,实践教学是人才培养的关键环节,现代学徒制是专业实践能力培养提升的有效途径。本文从促进实践教学三主体和谐共赢、开展"招生即招工"的招生模式、将创新能力培养植入实践教学、构建现代学徒制实践教学体系四个方面对高职化工专业实践教学有效开展的改革措施进行了探索。
The chemical industry is in urgent need of a large number of highly skilled chemical workers,practice teaching is a key link in personnel training,modern apprenticeship is an effective way to improve professional practice ability.This paper explores the effective reform measures of practical teaching of Chemical Engineering Specialty in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:promoting the harmony and win-win of the three main bodies of practical teaching,developing the mode of"recruiting students is recruiting workers",implanting the cultivation of innovative ability into practical teaching,and constructing the modern system of practical teaching in apprenticeship.
