1+X证书与高职会计人才培养方案的融合建议

"职教20条"出台以来,会计专业如何结合1+X进行人才培养的研究是众多高校面临的必然课题。本文作者提出要结合1+X证书的技能标准与高职会计专业教学标准,进行1+X证书培训与会计人才培养方案的有机融合,分解专业能力,重构专业课程,培养宽专结合的复合型人才。

Since the introduction of"20 rules of vocational education.",it is an inevitable task for many colleges to study how to Combine 1+X to train talents.The author of this paper proposes to combine the skill standard of 1+x certificate with the Teaching Standard of Accounting Specialty in higher vocational colleges,to integrate the training of 1+x certificate with the training program of accounting talents,to decompose the professional ability,and to reconstruct the professional courses,cultivating compound talents with wide combination of specialty and specialty.
