成果导向型中职语文课程教学模式的思考

成果导向教学理念下的中职语文课程,对教师制定的教学计划提供了较高的要求,而且从目前中职院校的教育情况来看,培养高能力、高素质的专业性人才已经成为其教学的主要目标,这样不仅仅可以让学生掌握实用性更高的专业知识,还能够让学生在日后的发展中朝着更好的方向努力,更具有目标性。现代社会越来越需要综合能力强的专业人才,所以培养此类人才是中职教育工作者责无旁贷的义务,但是就目前情况而言,我国中职教师在开展教学的过程中还存在很多问题,这些问题的出现并没有真正意义上落实成果导向型语文课程教学模式的意义。本文主要对中职语文课堂的教学现状进行深入分析,在分析的过程中阐述成果导向型语文课程教学模式的实施对策。

Results orientation under the teaching concept of secondary vocational Chinese curriculum,the teachers teaching plan provides higher requirements,but also from the current education in vocational schools,training high ability and high quality professional talents has become a primary goal of the teaching,such not only can let the students master practical higher professional knowledge,also can let students in the development of future efforts towards a better,more targeted.Modern society increasingly need comprehensive ability of professional talents,so cultivating such talents is the duty of secondary vocational education workers responsibility,but as far as the present situation,our country secondary vocational teachers there are many problems in the process of teaching,the emergence of these problems is not in the true sense the meaning of Chinese curriculum implement results-oriented teaching model.This article mainly carries on the thorough analysis to the secondary vocational school Chinese classroom teaching present situation,in the analysis process elaborated the achievement oriented Chinese curriculum teaching pattern implementation countermeasure.
