“双创”背景下高职院校“学训赛创”模式探究——以宁夏工商职业技术学院为例

以高职院校宁夏工商职业技术学院为例,在分析我区高职院校在大学生创新创业教育过程中所面临的问题和困境的基础上,着力构建"学训赛创"四位一体融合的大学生创新创业人才培养模式,以培养具有职场竞争力和符合"创业型"社会发展趋势的高素质技能型人才。

This paper takes Ningxia Vocational Technical College of Industry and Commerce as an example.In order to cultivate the high quality and skilled talents who are competitive in the workplace and in line with the development trend of entrepreneurial society,it based on the analysis of the problems and difficulties during the college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education,and it focused on building a quaternity model of"learning,training,competition and innovation"for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
