双创背景下大学生职业生涯展望

我国现在大学生出现了许多就业难的问题,这是因为高等教育慢慢变得大众化,那么,职业生涯规划的重要性就凸显出来了。只要是有效的职业规划就需要结合社会的实际情况。自从我国有关部门提出"双创"精神,职业规划也已经逐步被各大高校所青睐,因此,本文的研究背景为"双创"时代,解读"双创"精神,并分析大学生在规划职业生涯时容易遇到的问题,对此提出针对性的解决措施。

Nowadays,college students in our country have a lot of employment problems,this is because higher education is becoming popular,then,the importance of career planning is highlighted.As long as it is effective career planning needs to be combined with the actual situation of the society.Since the spirit of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was put forward by relevant departments in China,career planning has been gradually favored by universities.Therefore,the research background of this paper is the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",which explains the spirit of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",analyzes the problems that college students are likely to encounter when planning their career,and puts forward targeted solutions.
