基于能力状态下成人学历教育的几点思考

企业职工在生产、生活等实际耗散型因素的影响下,知识储备会越来越少,基于社会责任、家庭责任的激励,成人在学历教育上的再投入成为其职业素养、职业能力提高的有效途径。本文从参与成人教育教学活动的几个方面着手,分析了成人学历教育的意义、教学过程中影响成人学历教育的重要因素以及解决对策,并对成人学历教育的前景提出了展望。

Under the influence of actual dissipative factors such as production and life,the knowledge reserve of enterprise workers will be less and less.Based on the incentive of social responsibility and family responsibility,the re-investment of adults in academic education has become an effective way to improve their professional accomplishment and professional ability.This paper starts from several aspects of participating in adult education and teaching activities,analyzes the significance of adult academic education,the important factors affecting adult academic education in the teaching process and the countermeasures,and puts forward the prospect of adult academic education.
