通用职业素质课程的实施研究

随着教育制度的不断改革,对通用职业素质课程的教学质量提出了更高的要求。该课程较其他文化课程不同的是:其更加注重培养学生的通用职业素质和职业理念,确保学生能够具备团队协作能力和社会适应能力,更好的满足社会对于高质量人才的需求。因此,在开展实际教学活动时,就不能再采用传统的教学观念,而是应实现教学方式的创新,加大对职业素质课程的实施力度,确保能够有效的提高学生的综合素质。

With the continuous reform of the education system,higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching quality of general vocational quality courses.This course is different from other cultural courses in that it pays more attention to cultivating students’general professional quality and career concept,and ensures that students can have teamwork ability and social adaptability,so as to better meet the society’s demand for high-quality talents.Therefore,when carrying out practical teaching activities,the traditional teaching concepts should not be adopted any more,but the innovation of teaching methods should be realized,and the implementation of vocational quality courses should be strengthened to ensure the effective improvement of students’comprehensive quality.
