摘要
人在相互交往中由于地缘、兴趣、年龄、价值观等方面的趋同而易于形成一种比较稳定的人群组合,即为非正式群体。作为一个自然形成的群体,它也客观的存在于每一个班集体中,尤其在中职的班级管理中,若能在一年级时期处理好群体间的关系,将对三年的班级管理起到重要促进作用。本文重点分析中职学校班级管理中调整非正式群体成员间的座位布局,对班集体凝聚力、归属感和学习氛围等存在的影响,以及研究提炼座位编排的策略,已达到平衡班级内多个非正式群体间、非正式群体成员内部的关系,发挥其正面影响,抑制其负面影响,使得班级管理工作事半功倍。
Due to the convergence of geography,interest,age and values,people tend to form a relatively stable group,that is,informal group.As a naturally formed group,it also exists in every class objectively,especially in the class management of secondary vocational school.If we can handle the relationship between groups well in the first grade,it will play an important role in promoting the three-year class management.This paper focuses on the analysis of the effect of adjusting the seating arrangement among informal members in class management of secondary vocational schools,on the influence of class cohesion,sense of belonging and learning atmosphere,as well as the strategy of refining seating arrangement.It has reached the balance between the informal groups and informal members in the class,and has played a positive role in restraining its negative influence.Class management works with half the effort.
