新时代高职院校英语课程职业素养培养的探索与实践

职业素养是人们从事某种职业所具备的知识、素质和技能,是高职学生实现就业并胜任工作岗位的基本前提,是用人单位选聘人才的首要考虑因素。本文分析了高职学生职业素养培养的重要性及存在的问题、将职业素养培养融入高职英语教学的必要性,进行了高职英语职业素养培养的探索与实践。

Professional quality is the knowledge,quality and skills that people have when they are engaged in a certain occupation.It is the basic premise for vocational students to obtain employment and be competent for the job.It is the primary consideration factor for employers to recruit talents.This paper analyzes the importance and problems of professional quality cultivation for students in higher vocational colleges,and the necessity of integrating professional quality cultivation into English courses in higher vocational colleges.
