摘要
医药市场营销专业是实践性较强的交叉学科,培养的学生不仅需要具备扎实的医药和营销理论知识,还应具备较强的职业能力,而实践教学是提高学生营销能力、沟通谈判能力、市场策划能力等职业能力的关键。本文以职业能力为导向,实践能力培养为目标,通过对医药营销专业主要岗位职责和任职要求的分析,来构建高职医药营销专业实践教学人才培养模式和实践教学内容。
The medical marketing major is a interdiscipline with strong practicality.The students should not only have solid medical and marketing theoretical knowledge,but also have strong professional ability.Practical teaching is the key to improve students’marketing ability,communication and negotiation ability,market planning ability and other professional ability.In this paper,based on the professional competence-oriented,practical ability training as the goal,through the analysis of the main job responsibilities and job requirements of the medical marketing specialty,to build the training mode and practical teaching content of medical marketing in higher vocational education.
