高职院校“高精尖缺”人才引进与培养问题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 高职院校中的"高精尖缺"人才往往数量少但质量精,个人优势突出,对提升师资队伍水平、优化师资队伍结构具有特殊意义。但是由于此类人才稀缺,各高校纷纷外引内培,双向发力,但是,效果不容乐观。人才引进观念、人才培养机制以及引进与培养工作衔接等都成为师资队伍建设的障碍。通过"以用为本",调整人才引进观念,通过产教融合,做好人才培养;通过人才引进与培养工作的配套,畅通"高精尖缺"人才发展渠道,为高职院校师资队伍建设助力。 The High-tech and shortagetalent in higher vocational colleges is a small group,who has outstanding individual advantages.The talents have special significance to improve the level of the teaching team and optimize the structure of the teaching group.Because of the shortage of this kind of talented person,every universityadopt?the?management?mode?thatcombines?taking in?experts?from outside?with?training?inside,while the effect is not optimistic.The idea of introducing talents,the mechanism of raising talents and the connection between introduction and training have become the obstacles of teaching team construction.It will be helpful for teachers team in higher vocational colleges if universities can regard "using first"as the idea of talent introduction,strengthentalentcultivation through the integration of industry and education,improve the way of personal development by coordinating the talent introduction and training.
