专业发展自主性:高校教师专业发展的核心要素——以就业创业指导教师为例

随着社会的转型和发展,各个高校为培养更能适应未来社会的人才,相继开设就业创业相关的教育指导课程与活动,以提高学生的就业质量和创业能力。然而,高校就业创业指导工作效果却不尽如意,究其原因,就业创业指导教师的专业素养不高是一个重要因素。
