摘要
高质量发展背景下,高职院校需着力于构建数字时代具有通用管理能力的TGD人才培养体系,以"人"为中心,围绕创就业综合应用能力提升与职业发展能力塑造,建构起核心能力、管理能力与应用能力三层结构网络,打造面向未来的"数字职业人"。
Under the background of development of high quality,higher vocational colleges should focus on construction of the digital age with general management ability TGD talent cultivation system,in order to"person"as the center,surrounding the comprehensive application ability promotion and career development and employment ability,construct core competence,management ability and the ability to apply three layers of network structure,build for the future"digital professional people".
