基于现代化经济体系战略的高职院校教育管理方式创新研究

建设现代化经济体系要求持续解放和发展生产力,激发全社会的创造力和发展力。这一发展战略对技术人才的需求带来了新的要求,也必然促使高职院校在人才培养模式和教育管理方式等方面做出相应的变革。在新时代下,传统的高职院校教育管理模式已无法适应现代化经济发展的需求,高职院校必须进行教育管理方式创新与变革,才能培养出更加符合现代化经济发展需求的创新、创意型人才。

The construction of a modern economic system requires the continued emancipation and development of productive forces and the stimulation of creativity and development of the entire society.This development strategy has brought new requirements to the demand for technical talents,and will inevitably prompt higher vocational colleges to make corresponding changes in personnel training models and education management methods.In the new era,the traditional higher vocational college education management model has been unable to meet the needs of modern economic development.Higher vocational colleges must innovate and reform educational management methods in order to cultivate innovative and creative types that are more in line with modern economic development needs.
