技工院校“英语优秀教学团队”项目建设经验浅谈

在技工院校,学生的英语基础总体上较差,如何在有限的课时里让学生有最大的收获是每一个英语教师面临的难题。我们团队通过三年的项目建设,试图从自身学习、教学创新和校本教研上摸索出一些实用的、能有效提高课堂效率的方法和途径。

The technical college students are generally not good at English,so how to make them have the greatest gains in a limited class time is a difficult problem that every English teacher needs to face.During the three years of our teaching team building,we have tried to find out some practical and effective ways to improve the efficiency of our classrooms from self-learning,teaching innovation and school-based research.
