基于互联网下经济林产业发展校社合作模式研究

利用互联网提升农业生产、经营、管理和服务水平,培育多样化农业互联网管理服务模式,已经成为亟待解决的问题。本文以甘肃省大学生就业创业能力提升工程项目--"农林专业‘校社合作’提升学生就业创业能力平台建设"为基础,探索高职院校与农民(业)合作社多领域、多层次合作发展新模式,构建基于互联网的经济林栽培与经营管理技术服务MOOC慕课、农林产品质量监控防伪追溯、农林产品电子商务"三大平台"和产学研深度融合的农林专业学生实习实践、毕业生就业创业、应用技术人才培养、产学研深度合作"四个基地",助力新型职业农民培育行动,推动农业科技大众创业、万众创新,提升高职院校服务区域经济社会发展能力,实现经济林产业科技化、智能化、信息化的发展方式。

It has become an urgent problem to use the Internet to improve the level of agricultural production,management,management and service,and to cultivate diversified agricultural Internet management service models.Based on the project of promoting college students’employment and entrepreneurship ability in Gansu Province,which is"Agricultural and Forestry Specialty’School Cooperative to enhance students’Employment Entrepreneurship ability platform Construction",this paper explores the new mode of multi-field and multi-level cooperation between higher vocational colleges and farmers(industry)cooperatives,constructs the MOOC course of economic forest cultivation and management technical service based on Internet,and traces the quality monitoring and anti-counterfeiting of agricultural and forestry products.E-commerce of Agricultural and Forestry products"three platforms"and Industry-University-Research The deep integration of agricultural and forestry students’practice,graduates’employment and entrepreneurship,the training of applied technical talents,the deep cooperation between industry,university and research,the"four bases",the promotion of agricultural science and technology mass entrepreneurship,the innovation of the masses,the improvement of the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve regional economic and social development,and the realization of scientific,technological,intelligent and information development of economic forest industry.
