高职院校空乘专业人才培养模式的探索

在我国经济和科技不断发展的背景下,高职空乘院校要在社会中更好地发展,就要对高职院校空乘专业人才进行培养,为我国民航事业的发展提供基础。对此,相关的高校教师应采取科学合理地措施不断地对高职院校空乘专业人才培养措施进行探索,结合具体的问题采取有效地措施提高高职院校空乘专业人才的综合素质。

Under the background of the continuous development of economy and science and technology in China,higher vocational flight attendants should be trained to provide a basis for the development of China’s civil aviation.Therefore,relevant college teachers should take scientific and reasonable measures to constantly explore the measures of training flight attendants in vocational colleges and take effective measures to improve the comprehensive quality of flight attendants in vocational colleges.
