摘要
简述了德国"双元制"职业教育的特点,提出了该教育模式引入过程中要着力解决本土化问题。介绍了河北科技师范学院机电工程学院多年来从事教学改革所取得的成果,详细论述了借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育模式,培养机电类新工科应用型本科专业技术人才过程中,所创立的"统一招生过程定向"校企合作育人培养模式及其教学实践效果。
This paper briefly describes the characteristics of German"dual system"vocational education,and proposes to solve the problem of localization in the process of introducing this educational model.This paper introduces the achievements made by the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hebei Normal University Of Science and Technology in teaching reform for many years.It discusses in detail the process of learning the German"dual system"vocational education model and cultivating the application of undergraduate professional and technical talents in electromechanical new engineering."Uniform enrollment process orientation"school-enterprise cooperation education mode and its teaching practice effect.
