浅论知识迁移在中职导游专业“现场模拟导游”课程中的运用——以云南省迪庆中职学校导游专业为例

在现代经济社会发展的背景下,中国的旅游业已经走到了全民参与的阶段,导游在现代旅游中的地位也越来越重要,这给作为培养导游人员的阵地之一,中等职业学校导游专业的教学提出了挑战,教师以往填鸭式的教学已经无法满足社会对学生学习能力的要求。"授之以鱼不如授之以渔。"成为教师与学生在当下教与学过程中实现的最终目标。增强学习兴趣、提高学习效率对未来导游员的培养非常重要。注重学生的启发式教育,做到知识的合理迁移,挖掘学生的学习潜能将对学生职业发展起到很大的作用。

In the context of modern economic and social development,China’s tourism industry has reached the stage of participation by the whole people.The status of tour guides in modern tourism is also becoming more and more important.This is one of the positions for training tour guides.The teaching of the school tour guide has presented challenges.In the past,the teacher’s cramming teaching has been unable to meet the social requirements for students’learning ability."It is better to teach fish than to teach it."It is the ultimate goal of teachers and students in the current teaching and learning process.Enhancing learning interest and improving learning efficiency are very important for the development of future tour guides.Paying attention to students’heuristic education,realizing the rational migration of knowledge,and tapping students’learning potential will play a great role in the professional development of students.
