摘要
在高职学生思想道德建设中需要解决"知、信、行"相统一的问题,但目前所面临的困境不仅存在于"知浅、行少"之中,还存在于"信念缺失"之中。造成这一困境的主要原因可归纳为:思想道德建设的目标模糊、思想道德建设的手段固化、思想道德建设的反馈缺位。通过主题讨论,对策可围绕着:以高职人才培养目标为导引整合建设目标、以教学院系为核心使思想道德建设进课堂、大思政视域下提高各职能部门的联动能力、学工部牵头下跟踪学生思想道德养成情况等四个方面来展开构建。
In the ideological and moral construction of higher vocational students,it is necessary to solve the problem of the unity of"knowing,believing and doing",but the dilemma faced at present exists not only in"shallow knowledge,less action",but also in"lack of belief".The main reasons for this dilemma can be summarized as follows:the goal of ideological and moral construction is vague,the means of ideological and moral construction are solidified,and the feedback vacancy of ideological and moral construction is absent.Through the thematic discussion,the countermeasures can revolve around:taking the training goal of talents in higher vocational education as the goal of guiding and integrating the construction goal,taking the teaching department as the core to make the ideological and moral construction into the classroom,improving the linkage ability of various functional departments from the perspective of great thinking and politics,and taking the lead of the department of science and engineering Under the follow-up of students’ideological and moral cultivation and other four aspects to carry out the construction.
