摘要
模块化教学能够适用于不同层次的学生,帮助学生构建完整的学习体系。笔者在《旅行社运营实务》教学实践中,整合了校内外课程资源,借助学习小组合作成立的虚拟旅行社,设置了三个教学模块,让学生以旅行社真实岗位角色投入工作情景中,改变了传统的授课方式和方法,从而提高了学生的岗位胜任能力。
Modular teaching can be applied to different levels of students to help students build a complete learning system.The author in the travel agency operating practice teaching practice,integration of the curriculum resources,face-to-face by means of the cooperation study group established a virtual travel agencies,set up three teaching modules,let the students to work with the travel agency real jobs role scenario,changed the traditional teaching way and method,so as to improve the post competence of students.
