产教融合视阈下高职院校卓越工匠人才培养研究

随着教育体制的改革,"产教融合"政策出现,产教融合是新时代背景下高职院校为响应国家对实践教学号召的表现,现阶段,产教融合已经发展成为高职教育的重要发展途径及发展方向。众所周知,"匠人精神"是我国古代流传下来的优良传统,高职院校对匠人精神的积极探索促进了自身的快速发展,以此当前高职院校将匠人精神作为培养专业人才的核心理念与标准,切实结合中国古代工匠人才的特征,利用好产教融合对工匠人才培养的多元化影响。面对高职院校的这一人才培养模式,政府给予了社会经济与国家政策两个方面的支持,基于此,帮助高职院校快速建立产教融合平台、优化高职院校当前的教学体系设计方案等多个方面。现阶段,社会的创新发展凸显出对应用型专业人才的实际需求,从而体现出产教融合视野下高职院校建立卓越工匠人才培养体系的必要性。

With the reform of the education system,the"The fusion of production and education"policy has emerged.The production-teaching integration is the performance of higher vocational colleges in response to the call for practical teaching in the new era.At the present stage,the production-teaching integration has become an important development path and direction of higher vocational education.As is known to all,"spirit of craftsman"has been passed down from ancient China’s fine tradition,higher vocational colleges actively explore for the builders spirit promoted the rapid development of its own,to the current higher vocational colleges to builders spirit as the core concept of cultivating professional talents and standards,combined with the characteristics of ancient Chinese craftsmen talent,make good use of the fusion of the craftsman production and education the diversity of talents cultivation.In the face of this talent training mode of higher vocational colleges,the government has given support from two aspects of social economy and national policies.Based on this,help higher vocational colleges to quickly establish a platform for integrating production and education,optimize the current teaching system design scheme of higher vocational colleges and other aspects.At the present stage,the innovative development of the society highlights the actual demand for application-oriented professionals,so as to reflect the necessity of establishing excellent craftsman talent training system in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of production and teaching integration.
