教育现代化背景下“以能力为本位”的中职学前专业模块化课程改革研究

课程是职业学校实现人才培养目标的主要载体,在学校教育中始终居于核心地位,统领着人才培养的全过程。英国教育家斯宾塞在《什么知识最有价值》一文中最早使用"课程(curriculum)"一词,意指"教学内容的系统组织"。该词为拉丁语"currere"所派生,原指"跑道"。职业教育课程就是按照国家教育方针并根据学生身心发展情况,为使学生在一定时期内达到专业所规定的培养目标,有目的、有计划、有系统地为学生学习所设计的教育环境,这种教育环境就是学生职业成长的"跑道"。因此,课程既是学生"学习进程"的直接表现,也是一所学校教育目标制定、教育经验选择、教育经验组织、教育质量评价的灵魂。
