教育现代化背景下“以能力为本位”的中职学前专业模块化课程改革研究

摘要 课程是职业学校实现人才培养目标的主要载体,在学校教育中始终居于核心地位,统领着人才培养的全过程。英国教育家斯宾塞在《什么知识最有价值》一文中最早使用"课程(curriculum)"一词,意指"教学内容的系统组织"。该词为拉丁语"currere"所派生,原指"跑道"。职业教育课程就是按照国家教育方针并根据学生身心发展情况,为使学生在一定时期内达到专业所规定的培养目标,有目的、有计划、有系统地为学生学习所设计的教育环境,这种教育环境就是学生职业成长的"跑道"。因此,课程既是学生"学习进程"的直接表现,也是一所学校教育目标制定、教育经验选择、教育经验组织、教育质量评价的灵魂。 Curriculum is the main carrier for vocational schools to achieve the goal of talent cultivation,Has always been at the heart of school education,Leading the whole process of talent training.In"what knowledge is most valuable"British educator spencer first used the word"curriculum",Meaning"systematic organization of teaching content".Derived from the Latin"currere,"the word originally meant"runway."Vocational education curriculum is in accordance with the national educational policy and according to the physical and mental development of students,In order to make students in a certain period of time to achieve professional training objectives,A purposeful,planned and systematic educational environment designed for student learning,This educational environment is the"runway"for students’career growth.Therefore,curriculum is not only the direct expression of students’"learning process",but also the soul of a school’s educational goal setting,educational experience selection,educational experience organization and educational quality evaluation.
