摘要
应用型人才是社会需求最多的人才,也是本科人才培养的重要目标。但应用型人才培养机制中存在如高职本科衔接学生名额扩充及就业资源共享的限制、校际交流不充分、实践教学成本偏高等诸多问题。因此,从政策机制、运行机制以及动力机制等方面完善人才培养长效机制的措施具有较高的推广价值。
Applied talents are the most demanding talents in the society and an important goal for undergraduate talent training. However, there are many problems in the application-oriented talent training mechanism, such as the expansion of undergraduate students and the sharing of employment resources, the lack of inter-university communication, and the high cost of practical teaching. Therefore, the measures to improve the long-term mechanism for talent cultivation from the aspects of policy mechanism, operational mechanism and dynamic mechanism have a high promotion value.
