生态视阈下县域乡村教师有效培训的影响因素及对策研究

摘要 县域乡村教师有效培训的着力点在于乡村教师培训的全员性和全过程。以生态学为理论依据深入分析县域乡村教师有效培训的影响因素主要是主体生态环境、中观生态环境、外围生态环境及社会生态环境,以宁乡市教师进修学校开展的教师培训工作为例,从方位论的角度阐述了加强县域乡村教师有效培训的对策,旨在为县域乡村教师有效培训的开展提供思路和范式。 The focus of effective training of rural teachers in county areas lies in the whole and the whole process of rural teacher training.On the basis of deep analysis on the theory of ecology county rural teachers effective training is the major influencing factors of the main body of ecological environment,the medium of the ecological environment,the peripheral ecological environment and social ecological environment,with ningxiang city teacher training schools for teacher training work,for example,from the Angle of the theory of bearing expounds the countermeasures of strengthening county rural teachers effective training,aims at providing a county rural teachers effective training to carry out with ideas and paradigm.
