高校教职工体育运行模式的研究

从高校教职工在人才教育中的重要地位,结合习近平所提出的"健康中国"建设工作内容,重视高校教职工体育锻炼和身体健康素质水平,关注高校教职工体育运行模式的开展和实施,对保障高校教育教学基础,推动健康中国战略等方面都有重要的研究意义和价值。本文主要针对高校教职工体育运行模式进行研究,基于当前高校教职工体育运行存在的问题,提出相应优化运行模式对策,旨在有效提升高校教职工体育运用参与和身体健康素质。

From the faculty in the important position in the talent education in colleges and universities,combined with xi jinping,the proposed construction work content,the"healthy China"attaches great importance to the teaching staff in colleges and universities sports and health quality level,pay attention to the development of teaching staff in colleges and universities sports operation mode and implementation,to ensure the education teaching base,and promote healthy China strategy has important research significance and value.Based on the problems existing in the current sports operation of university staff,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to optimize the operation mode,in order to effectively improve the sports application participation and physical health quality of university staff.
