谈中职班主任的班级管理

本文对目前中职生的现状,中职生班主任班级管理的特殊性进行了分析。针对中职生的特点,从做好新生开学工作,建立融洽的师生关系,班级管理中的刚柔相济,建立责任心、充分利用家长会等方面,做好班级管理工作进行了研究。

This paper analyzes the status quo of secondary vocational students and the particularity of class management of the head teacher of secondary vocational students.In view of the characteristics of secondary vocational students,this paper studies how to do a good job in the beginning of the New Year,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,balance hardness and softness in class management,establish a sense of responsibility,make full use of parents’meeting and other aspects to do a good job in class management.
