The Exploration of Principles of Product Design in 21st Century Based on “Moderation”

适度设计倡导人类追求合理的生活方式,强调"人——物——环境"的和谐共生,是21世纪中国设计值得探索的设计方向。本文阐述了适度设计的概念、思想内涵及其在设计史中的演变,结合设计实例试分析总结出适度设计的四个原则:"使用"代替"占有"原则、"需求"代替"需要"原则、理性简化原则和延长产品生命周期原则。

Moderate design advocates the pursuit of a reasonable lifestyle for human beings,and emphasizes the harmonious symbiosis of"man—product—environment",which is a design direction worth exploring for Chinese design in the 21 st century.The paper expounds the concept,ideological connotation and evolution of appropriate design in the history of design,combined with design examples to try to analyze and summarize the four principles of moderate design:the principles of"use"instead of"possession","demand"instead of"need",rational simplification and extending products’life cycle.
