基于模糊TOPSIS的石油钻井物料众包供应方案评价方法

Evaluation method of crowdsourcing supply schemes of oil drilling materials based on Fuzzy TOPSIS

为提高石油钻井物料供应的效率,降低钻井企业物资供应成本,本文提出基于网络众包的钻井物料供应方式,并针对钻井物料众包供应方案评价的不确定性,采用TOPSIS方法,构建基于模糊TOPSIS方法的石油钻井物料众包供应方案评价模型和评论系统,实现对钻井物料众包供应商的优化选择。

In order to improve the efficiency of oil drilling materials supply and reduce the materials supply cost of drilling enterprises,the paper puts forward the method of drilling materials supply based on network crowdsourcing.In view of the uncertainty of the evaluation of the drilling materials crowdsourcing supply schemes,this paper uses TOPSIS method to build the evaluation system and evaluation model of the oil drilling materials crowdsourcing supply schemes based on Fuzzy TOPSIS,so as to realize the optimal selection of the drilling materials crowdsourcing suppliers.
