宽范围输入电流馈电DC/DC变换器研究

摘要 随着直流配电网的进一步升级,储能电池、燃料电池、光伏发电等设备对较宽输入电压和负载范围的需求日益明显,现有研究已经克服了传统电流馈电隔离变换器的主要缺点并同时适用于宽输入电压范围和宽负载范围应用,但在实际的电力电子设计和实现中,这些研究并未充分利用器件特性,造成变压器、电容器等关键器件利用率较低。基于此提出一种电流馈电双电感谐振型全桥DC/DC隔离变换器。变换器可工作在D<0.5的情况下,使其适用于宽输入电压范围的应用。考虑到电力设备利用率、变压器利用率、感应能需求和直流电容器利用率等主要重要因素,进行参数优化设计。基于3.6 kW实验平台验证该拓扑的可行性,并证明电流馈电双电感谐振全桥DC/DC隔离变换器能够用于宽输入电压范围的场景。 With the further upgrading of DC distribution network,energy storage batteries,fuel cells,photovoltaic power generation and other equipment have increasingly obvious needs for a wide input voltage and load range.The existing research has overcome the main shortcomings of traditional current-fed isolation converter and is suitable for both wide input voltage range and wide load range applications.However,in the practical design and implementation of power electronics.These researches do not make full use of the device characteristics,resulting in the low utilization rate of transformers,capacitors and other key devices.A current-fed double-inductor resonant full-bridge DC/DC isolation converter is proposed.The converter can operate at D<0.5,making it suitable for applications with a wide input voltage range.Considering the power equipment utilization rate,transformer utilization rate,induction energy demand and DC vessel utilization rate and other important factors,the parameter optimization design is carried out.The feasibility of this topology is verified based on a 3.6 kW experimental platform,and it is proved that the current-fed double-inductor resonant full-bridge DC/DC isolated converter can be used in scenarios with a wide input voltage range.
