基于功率变换器的电池阻抗在线测量

摘要 随着可再生能源的发展,储能系统正扮演着越来越重要的角色,作为一个由海量电池单体组成的庞大系统,锂离子电池系统的运行十分复杂。电池阻抗作为电池的重要参数之一,可以为电池管理系统提供关于电池状态的有用信息,帮助电池管理系统对锂离子电池性能进行监测和评估,电池阻抗参数与电池状态之间的对应关系提供了基于数据驱动,利用电化学阻抗谱进行电池管理的新思路。采用对升压电路施加占空比扰动的方法进行电池阻抗的在线测量,通过理论推导、仿真验证分析了该方法的可行性和合理性,最终基于搭建的电池阻抗在线测量系统,通过对待测信号进行采集与处理,得到了基于实验平台的电池阻抗在线测量结果。 With the development of renewable energy,energy storage system is playing a more and more important role.As a huge system composed of massive battery cells,the operation of lithium-ion battery system is very complex.As one of the most important parameters of battery,the battery impedance can provide useful information about battery status for battery management system and help battery management system monitor and evaluate the performance of lithium-ion batteries.The corresponding relationship between the battery impedance parameters and the battery status provides a new idea of battery management based on data-driven and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The method of imposing duty cycle disturbance on boost circuit to carry out online measurement of battery impedance is used.The feasibility and rationality of the method are analyzed through theoretical derivation and simulation.Finally,based on the built battery impedance online measurement system,with the signal acquisition and processing,the battery impedance online measurement results based on the experimental platform are obtained.
