海上风电直流送出直流耗能装置设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 海上风电外送在陆上站出现故障时,直流线路会出现功率盈余,需一套直流耗能装置来控制消耗盈余功率。为此提出一套适用于海上风电送出柔性直流输电直流耗能装置。介绍了直流耗能装置的拓扑,对关键参数进行分析说明。最后研制了直流耗能装置样机,并搭建试验系统。试验结果表明,研制的直流耗能装置能够泄放冗余功率,满足现场工况,且该设备已经应用于如东海上风电柔性直流输电示范项目,目前运行情况良好。 When the offshore wind power is sent to the onshore station,the DC line will have power surplus,and a DC energy consumption device is needed to control the consumption of surplus power.For this reason,a set of DC energy dissipation devices for flexible high voltage direct current power transmission from sea to wind is proposed.The topology of the DC energy dissipation devices is introduced and the key parameters are analyzed and explained.Finally,a prototype of DC energy dissipation device is developed and a testing system is built.The experimental results show that the DC energy dissipation device can discharge redundant power and meet the field working conditions.The equipment has been applied to the east China Sea wind flexible HVDC power transmission demonstration project,and is running well at present.
