摘要
首先用基础理论知识分析传统电磁搅拌变频电源故障停机保护方法的缺陷以及对变频电源可靠性的影响;根据传统方法的缺陷,这里提出一种新型保护方法,并用两种不同的结构形式设计出相应的保护电路。经试验和实践证明所提出的方法能够实现变频电源在紧急故障时有效保护,并成功地将使用该保护方法的电路集成在湖南中科电气股份有限公司的第五代板坯电磁搅拌专用变频电源装置系统中,具有非常巨大的工程实际应用价值和意义。
Firstly,the defects of traditional electromagnetic stirring frequency conversion power supply failure shutdown protection method and its influence on the reliability of frequency conversion power supply are analyzed with basic theoretical knowledge.According to the defects of the traditional method,a new protection method is proposed,and the corresponding protection circuit is designed with two different structure forms.It is proved by experiments and practice that the proposed method can effectively protect the variable frequency power supply in case of emergency failure.The circuit using the protection method is successfully integrated in Hunan Zhongke Electric Co.,Ltd.’s fifth-generation slab electromagnetic stirring special frequency conversion power supply equipment system,which has great engineering practical application value and significance.
