SS型WPT系统的耦合系数实时检测方法

摘要 无线电能传输(WPT)技术在日常生活中的普及度越来越高,但是在使用过程中发射设备和接收设备存在相对运动时耦合系数会发生剧烈变化,进而使得输出功率波动和传输效率下降。耦合系数的检测对于WPT系统的性能提升十分重要,为此提出了一种基于发射侧参数的耦合系数在线检测方法。在直流输入电压确定时,只需测量发射侧电流的有效值,同时该方法无需通信模块,能提高系统动态响应速度。此外,采用高精度有效值计算的模拟芯片可将高次谐波也纳入计算,有效提升精度。实验结果验证了耦合系数在线检测的正确性,检测误差在2%以内。 Wireless power transfer(WPT)technology is popular in daily life,but in the process of use,the coupling coefficient will change dramatically when there is relative movement between the transmitting device and the receiving device,which makes the output power fluctuation and transmission efficiency decline.Therefore,the detection of coupling coefficient is very important for the performance improvement of WPT system.An online detection method of coupling coefficient based on transmitting side parameters is proposed.When the direct current input voltage is determined,only the effective value of the current on the transmitting side is measured.At the same time,this method does not need communication module,which improves the dynamic response speed of the system.In addition,the analog chip with high precision root mean square calculation can also include high harmonics in the calculation,which effectively improves the accuracy.The experimental results verify the correctness of on-line detection of coupling coefficient,and the detection error is within 2%.
