铁路功率调节器指令电流提取及锁相技术研究

摘要 电气化铁路功率调节器(RPC)并网锁相不能采用理想电网的锁相技术,且指令电流信号提取面临速度与精度相融合的问题,致使其补偿性能受到锁相环适应性及低通滤波器(LPF)性能影响。基于此,提出改进型的双二阶广义积分器(SOGI)软件锁相环技术,其能够适应电网不平衡、谐波及频率波动的供电环境。同时,为了提高指令电流信号提取的快速性及精确度,采用了一种串联式滤波器,能够兼顾滤波速度和波形的光滑度。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了RPC锁相技术、信号提取及RPC控制策略的可行性和有效性。 The grid-connected phase-locked of electrified railway power conditioner(RPC)can not adopt the phaselocked technology of ideal power grid,and the extraction of command current signal faces the problem of the integration of speed and accuracy,resulting in the influence of the adaptability of phase-locked loop and the performance of low-pass filter(LPF)on its compensation performance.Based on this,an improved dual second-order generalized integrator(SOGI)software phase-locked loop technology is proposed,which can adapt to the power supply environment of power grid imbalance,harmonic and frequency fluctuation.At the same time,in order to improve the speed and accuracy of extraction of command current signal,a series filter is adopted,which can take into account the filtering speed and the smoothness of waveform.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of RPC phase-locked technology,signal extraction and RPC control strategy are verified by simulation and experiments.
