摘要
针对多相大功率变流器需要采集并处理的温度、电流及电压等电气量数量多、空间分布分散的特点,在此设计了一种基于ADS1202的数据转换方法,采用曼彻斯特码的单数据链路信号传输,通过FPGA编程实现曼彻斯特码自同步解码,并使用Sink^3数字滤波器对电气量进行处理。通过具体的A/D转换器分析、信号调理设计、曼彻斯特码自同步解码设计和数字滤波器设计,实验验证了信号调理、转换和后处理的有效性和可靠性,并实际应用于多相大功率变流器装置中电气量的分布检测。
There are characteristics of large quantity and dispersed space distribution when electrical quantities such as temperature,current and voltage are collected and processed in a multi-phase high-power converter.A detection method based on the data conversion by ADS1202 is designed,through a single-link signal transmission method with Manchester code.Manchester code self-synchronous is decoded by programming FPGA configurations and electrical quantities are processed by the Sink^3 digital filter.By the specific analysis of A/D modulator and the design of signal conditioning,Manchester code self-synchronous decoding and digital filter,it is experimentally verified that the validity and reliability of signal conditioning,conversion and post-processing.It is used for the distributed electrical detections of the multiphase high-power converter.
