摘要
在强迫风冷直线电机温度场仿真分析时,采用Fluent软件自带的边界条件对绕组绝缘进行等效,可在不改变模型的情况下进行新绝缘方案下的温升预测。文章利用该方法评估强迫风冷直线电机端部绕组间隙与温升影响关系,确定绕组间隙方案,并通过样机温升试验验证了该仿真方法计算的准确性。
In the temperature field simulation analysis of forced air-cooled linear motor,the boundary conditions of FLUENT software are used to equivalent the winding insulation,and the temperature rise under the new insulation scheme can be predicted without changing the model.This paper uses the method to evaluate the relationship between the end winding gap and the temperature rise effect of the forced air-cooled linear motor and determine the winding gap scheme.Through the prototype temperature rise test,the accuracy of the simulation method is verified.
