受电弓智能装配生产线设计

摘要 文章在分析受电弓产品结构和装配工艺的基础上,介绍了一条受电弓智能装配生产线的设计过程,通过研制组合式起重机(KBK)、自动导引运输车(AGV)、轴承压装设备、产线中控系统等装置及功能模块,实现了受电弓工位制节拍化生产,以及生产全过程的信息化管控。目前该生产线已成功实现多型号受电弓产品的灵活上线,提高了受电弓装配质量和生产效率,降低了工人劳动强度。 This paper presents an intelligent pantograph assembly line design on the basis of analyzing the product structure and assembly technique.Through the development of KBK lifting equipment,AGV(automated guided vehicle),bearing press fitting equipment,production line centralized control system and other devices and functional modules,the work station metronomic production of pantograph and the information management and control of the whole production process have been realized.At present,the production line has successfully realized the flexible launch of multiple models of pantograph products,which improves the assembly quality and production efficiency of pantograph,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
