摘要
为满足巴西调车机车连挂货车通过R83 m小半径曲线时的车钩摆角要求,文章分别利用标准TB/T 2218—2010规定的校核方法和UG软件,计算机车在该工况下运行时车钩水平偏转角,并根据计算结果及相关分析,调整机车定距,加长车钩钩体长度,最终在考虑车钩钩头间水平相对转角的情况下实现了设计要求。
In order to meet the requirements of coupler swing angle when Brazilian shunting locomotive coupling wagons passes 83 meters small radius curve,this paper uses the verification method specified in TB/T 2218-2010 standard and UG software to calculate the coupler horizontal deflection angle when the locomotive is running under this working condition.According to the calculation results and relevant analysis,the length between locomotive pivot centers is adjusted,and the length of coupler body is increased,and finally,the design requirements are realized while considering the horizontal relative angle between coupler heads.
