一种轨道交通车辆可伸缩登车脚踏设计

摘要 文章分析了轨道交通车辆现有登车脚踏的结构特点,针对其不足进行了结构优化设计,提出了一种新型的可伸缩登车脚踏,并从技术参数、强度计算等方面进行了分析校核。该型可伸缩登车脚踏结构简单、稳定可靠,既可适应车辆运行时的限界要求,也可有效解决工作人员登车困难的问题。 This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the existing steps of rail transit vehicles,and carries out structural optimization design for its shortcomings.A new scalable steps is proposed,and its technical parameters and strength calculation are analyzed and checked.The scalable steps is simple,stable and reliable,which can not only meet the limit requirements of vehicle operation,but also effectively solve the problem of personnel boarding difficulty.
